Walnut Studio can be used as a dining facility for up to 30 guests (including those staying at the property). The kitchen is designed and equipped to cater to a professional standard for this number. Tables and chairs are hired in to suit the occasion.
We offer the services of two experienced caterers to provide you with food to suit your budget and occasion.
Private chef, Loïc Le Pape
Award winning Private Chef, Loïc Le Pape, can offer bespoke catering services for your special events and occasions. These include tasting menus, canapé parties and business lunches. Loïc has trained and worked in some of the world’s most exclusive hotels and has cooked for international dignitaries and celebrities.
Event caterer, Liza Watson
Liza has been working as an event caterer for over 25 years in Sussex and the South-East. She provides a catering service tailored to suit the client and the occasion.
Her ethos is to source the finest local ingredients and produce fabulous food for your enjoyment using skilled, local chefs and support staff.
Menus are available on request, each one designed with your input to suit the occasion. Our style can be formal dining or more relaxed according to the occasion and budget.
Liza can cater for all types of event and occasions including weddings, christenings, funerals, memorials, yoga retreats and corporate events.
