Walnut Studio is a beautifully light, airy, beamed converted brick outbuilding with great character. It has a substantial and superbly equipped kitchen which is ideal for catering to professional standards. 

It offers a substantial, super-flexible living/dining area with feature lighting, 65” TV with Netflix, soundbar and a log-burning stove. It is an ideal space to host formal dining for special occasions or just to relax and watch a movie. Alternatively, it is a great space for activities such as yoga or business team meetings. 

It has parking and is set in the rural outskirts of Horsham in West Sussex. There is great country walking to be enjoyed, whilst Horsham town centre and Southwater village are a short drive away. Walnut Studio now has full-fibre, superfast broadband with wifi delivering download speeds of up to 1 Gb/s facilitating excellent communications and access to latest TV streaming services.

The properties are rented on a self-catering basis, but we provide an initial supply of the following items:

Bathroom: Toilet rolls, Cole & Lewis shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, hand/body cream. Bath and hand towels, bath/shower mats, towelling robes are provided.

Kitchen: Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, quality tea & coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, bin liners, anti-bac spray, tea towels.

BBQ: Charcoal, kindling, firelighters, matches, cooking utensils.

Log-burning stove: Complimentary supply of logs, kindling, firelighters, matches.

Parking: gated courtyard parking.
